Articles of Association

Veronafiere is a joint-stock company. Its statutes govern the company’s internal life and operations in full compliance with the standards expressed in the Italian Civil Code.

Its main purpose is to direct and support every activity in exhibition, show, event and congress organization fields, and every other initiative promoting the exchange of goods and services on a national and international scale.
