Covid-19: safety and health are absolute priorities. Model Expo Italy, Elettroexpo and Innovabiomed postponed
Veronafiere considers the safety and health of exhibitors, visitors, guests, employees and collaborators to be absolute priorities in the conduct of its business, where it has always upheld extremely high standards.
For this reason, Veronafiere is carefully monitoring developments linked with the spread of the Covid-19 virus, following the prevention guidelines indicated by the Ministry of Health, the indications envisaged in the Ordinance issued on 23 February 2020 by the Ministry of Health in agreement with the Veneto Region and related application clarifications.
In particular, the ordinance envisages as a precautionary measure the suspension until Sunday 1 March 2020 of shows, initiatives and events likely to attract significant numbers of people in public and private places, with the possibility of further changes as the scenario unfolds.
Although Veronafiere does not have any exhibitions scheduled in the week indicated in the ordinance but only in the following week and in any case having to meet a schedule of exhibition activities in the period subject to these restrictions, we hereby notify the postponement of the Model Expo Italy and Elettroexpo exhibitions and the Innovabiomed exhibition-conference.
Innovabiomed: scheduled for Tuesday 10 and Wednesday 11 March will consequently be postponed to Monday 15 and Tuesday 16 June 2020.
Model Expo Italy and Elettroexpo, on the other hand, scheduled on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 March, will be held on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 November 2020.
Veronafiere will promptly notify any other changes that may be necessary in relation to further ordinances issued by public health authorities.
