Veronafiere in Jeddah with SOL2EXPO, Fieracavalli, and Vinitaly for the final stop of the Amerigo Vespucci world tour.

Veronafiere returns aboard the Amerigo Vespucci training ship for the Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) stopover from January 27 to 29, featuring its Fieracavalli, SOL2EXPO, and Vinitaly exhibitions. The goal is to promote some of the finest Made in Italy products, following previous stops in Tokyo and Doha dedicated to Italian wine and olive oil. The event, hosted within the Villaggio Italia exhibition area promoted by the Ministry of Defense, focuses on three key sectors: the equestrian industry, grape-based products, and extra virgin olive oil.

“For Veronafiere, this is an opportunity to develop new business relationships and strengthen the role of our trade shows as ambassadors of Italian craftsmanship,” said Federico Bricolo, President of Veronafiere. “A special thanks to the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Agriculture, and the ICE Agency for making this experience possible, reaffirming the importance of the trade fair system in promoting Made in Italy abroad.”

“Saudi Arabia is a rapidly growing market, set to host major events such as Expo 2030 and the 2034 FIFA World Cup,” highlighted Adolfo Rebughini, General Manager of Veronafiere. “This presence allows us to enhance the industries linked to Fieracavalli, SOL2EXPO, and Vinitaly, facilitating their entry into a strategic area while also attracting new professional operators to our events in Verona.”

The program includes masterclasses and tastings of top-tier Italian products. Vinitaly presents “Italian Grapes Reimagined: An Alcohol-Free Tasting Experience,” focusing on grape-based and alcohol-free blends crafted according to Halal principles, previewing one of the innovations of Vinitaly 2025. SOL2EXPO offers guided tastings of award-winning oils from the Sol d’Oro competition and premium table olives, emphasizing quality and proper tasting techniques. Fieracavalli, in turn, highlights the role of horses in assisted therapy for well-being and social inclusion, in collaboration with leading companies in the sector. Adding a special touch to the event is the participation of the 4th Carabinieri Mounted Regiment, a symbol of Italian excellence and tradition.

With this new stop, Veronafiere reaffirms its commitment to the international promotion of Italian excellence, strengthening the presence of its trade fair brands in high-potential foreign markets.
